Chef Alex Hartley

Alex, our founder and executive chef, brings 15 years of fine dining experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in London and Paris. Alex specializes in blending contemporary European flavors with Asian influences, creating dishes that surprise and comfort in equal measure.
